I'm trying to label trees for RELAX analysis. I need to label more than one set of branches in my trees, so I can specify both the test and the reference set. Is there a way to label more than one set of branches with the label-tree.bf script? I have tried to simply run it several times on teh same tree, but it seems it always deletes previously set labels.
