Trouble running codon-msg #23

Hi all, I apologize if I missing something, but I'm having trouble to understand how to run the codon-msa scripts.

I have installed hyphy with conda, and I don't find pre-msa.bf or post-msa.bf anywhere. Then I downloaded pre-msa.bf but I'm having an error to load "Could not read command file from 'lib/igscueal.bf'"

It's not very clear to me where should I place the pre-msa.bf file, which paths I need to change and set for it to run well with my conda install and my sequences?
