closes #58 @artpoon could you give this a quick look to make sure it looks alright? and also confirm that you want the citation to be: https://journals.plos.org/ploscompbiol/article?id=10.1371/journal.pcbi.0030231 and not https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18562270. screen shot 2019-02-25 at 3 25 40 pm

@rdvelazquez this looks good thanks. Yes I'm sure I want the citation to be the PLCB article and not Spidermonkey, which is an app note for BGM on the Datamonkey webserver. My understanding is that this documentation is for standalone HyPhy and not Datamonkey.
