Can't specify subset branches #1597

Hi! I'm using command like this hyphy busted --alignment test.hyphy.fasta --tree test.hyphy.tre With test.hyphy.tre annotated with {Foreground}. But the program still mentioned that it is running the whole tree as foreground. How could I specify this?

Ok I got it.. Just to set --branches Foreground.. Thanks
