Regarding DATA Download

Hi Hyphy Creators, I have uploaded my sequence file with tree in data monkey server for BUSTED analysis. till yesterday it was there on the queue but from today morning i am not able to locate my file. I did not received any email as well from data monkey !

please help me to find my data!

Dear @dipon199,

Unfortunately your job appears to have hit the walltime limit for Datamonkey users on our cluster, which is three days. Your dataset seems to contain more than 4000 sequences and 1200 sites, which is a large job for BUSTED.

If you take a look at our usage statistics, you can see that Datamonkey has never ran a BUSTED job this large. You'll need to reduce your data somehow before Datamonkey can run your job, or run it on your own resources for a long time.

Hi Stephen, I am having the same issue again. This time loaded file with 565seq and 306 sites (job id: 2823259.new-silverback). it just suddenly vanished from the queue !

Similar issue, unfortunately. Your job is still marked as "running", but it's no longer in our queue.
