Choose Genetic Code #1633

Dear developer: hello, I wonder why there is no The_Bacterial_Archaeal_and_Plant_Plastid_Code in the options for codon selection, it is numbered 11 in the genbank.

Dear @WRran-Hydrogen,

The only difference between Table 11 and the Universal Genetic Code are the start (initiation) codons. Those are not handled differently by codon models, only STOP codons are important. In other words, you should be able to use the universal code in place of Table 11 without any issues.
