Hello @liamxg,
To give you an idea of what the methods are capable of doing and what output would look like I recommend checking out the Hyphy Vision website:
For example GARD: http://vision.hyphy.org/GARD
For example: FMM: http://vision.hyphy.org/MULTIHIT
For BSMH you should be able to run one of the example datasets in the /data folder through https://www.datamonkey.org/busted
