removing field should reset properties for that axis? #151

scale setting is persistent – If I change a scale setting (e.g., x -> log), remove the field and then add a new field, the scale setting is persistent. Not sure what I expect here, but maybe reevaluate to “default” (linear/ordinal) with every new field drop? (AS)
