Keep Bookmark / Logs in Local Storage #212

I don’t know how much we have this.
So if user study blows up, we can still refresh.

Just a heads up, something I hit up against with localStorage was the 5 or 10MB limit depending on the browser. Depending on your JSON, that can fill up surprisingly quickly.
