Properties in each shelf's caret #216

Most properties doesn’t make sense to be in shelf’s caret

maybe except value?

at least maxbins doesn’t make sense there ….

I'm torn between moving everything into one and the fact that you drag there properties with fields and that the caret should be accessible when if there is no field (for alpha, and so on).

That's why tableau design shelves for positional variables and retinal variables differently.

I think "value" still belongs to the shelf (of course).

We're rebuilding this anyway, so this is outdated.
