Set useRawDomain to false by default #380

Only in polestar, because you are constructing one chart at a time. There is no cross-chart comparison. So there is no need to worry about whether scales are consistent. Setting useRawDomain to false can make better use of screen space.

For stuff that are important to user study, please file in voyager2 so its easy to find
