Option to include inline data for getBookmarkedSpecs #818

It would be great if there was an option for getBookmaredSpecs to include inline data, similar to the option in the getSpec function.

This would help me over at https://github.com/davidanthoff/DataVoyager.jl with the API that allows users to extract a bookmarked figure from a voyager instance from code.
