User thinking NONE in function select is not selectable because it's gray #149

In our pilot study today, one user thought the NONE option in the function select menu is not selectable because it's grayed out. The user was surprised to find out that NULL was actually selectable.

Its NONE. But feel free to fix css. Its one line fix
