Change Voyager2's config for faceting #164

This will make faceted plot way more useful!

Actually we already have config. The problem is a bug in Vega-Lite.

Fixed in https://github.com/vega/vega-lite/commit/ab3ab9529d2101a9c0fbfff20b37151dea50facd
