Add Sort, Scale Type, Domain: Include MinMax to the dropdown menu #193

So users know they can sort in multiple ways

Instead of making it a toggler button on the top-right, we might want to make it pop-up menu on the shelf (this way it takes less space and users can also sort row/column)

Sort isn't integrated into this menu yet. But i'll punt on this to after deadline.
