Maybe we shouldn't prevent row/column without x/y #201

Hmm... I think preventing row/column without x/y makes sense.

If x and y shelves are empty, and user drags a field to column, does that just mean dragging the field to x (like Tableau)?

It is not and it will produce bad intermediate state so i agree we should keep preventing it
