Hide filter null toggle #203

Filter null seems like a specific case to N filter

Right now null seems to be at the bottom of N filter. If the N filter list gets long, it could be hard to find null. Maybe move null to the top of the list?

Exactly, but if we wanna hide it -- we have to deal with https://github.com/uwdata/voyager2/issues/200 first. (But we should do that anyway.)
