Enabling Preview the first time usually triggers view updates #227

Looks like something in CompassQL inject defaultSpecConfig into the main spec and can cause this problem. Temporary fix is to copy stuff in defaultSpecConfig to config.ts

This should not be applicable to the new rebuild.
