Once again, server has crashed #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to https://inevowalk.appspot.com/inbox
2. Click on any link to a wave.
3. Get the 500 error

What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?
I expect the wave to open. Instead it crashes. 

What browser and browser version are you using?  On what operating system?
Chrome on Mac, but has happened for others as well.

What URL does your browser show when the problem occurs?  Did you compile
walkaround on your machine, or are you using a public instance?

It was probably out of quota.  I changed the wiki to point to wavereactor as 
the primary instance, I believe it has more quota than the others.
