change rubygems url #6

should be https://github.com/veganstraightedge/new_base_60 not https://github.com/veganstraightedge/NewBase60

Oh. I see. Two things.

  1. The gem got renamed after that version to new_base_60. https://rubygems.org/gems/new_base_60
  2. And I'm pretty sure that the value for the "Homepage" link gets pulled from the .gemspec file. Which means I can't really update it now. I guess I could create an empty repo on GitHub with a README that points people to this repo.
