Cumflation probably shouldn't be possible by unmodified pawns, even in a gangbang scenario. I've already noticed that cum tends to drain from/off the vagina/groin upon successive vaginal sex, as filth on the floor.
If you're tracking cumflation purely by the hediff severity of cum on the body part, I would recommend altering the cumflation/stuffing hediff being something that only occurs once the relevant part has maxed its cum hediff. A second stage of some sort. That way the external cum can be cleaned via whatever means the player has available, while the cumflate/stuff can leak/digest over time losing severity as it goes.
