Children get Trans-Thoughts despite being born with Gene #103

I got this report on Discord: 

which mod added the "trap2futa unhappy" hidden hediff? it got added to my newborns that have the Futa gene from the RJW genes.
as soon as they became 3 years they started being unhappy because of their "altered gender"

So it seems the thoughts are added anywhere, and I should check if this is RJW or Licentia ...

Best would be if you add the gene you get the thought, but if you are a child or "just created" you don't get it.
