Added (MayRequire="LustLicentia.RJWLabs") to Licentia Labs Hediffs to remove errors on startup without Licentia Labs installed.

Great catch. I have the issue that I rarely reduce my mod-lists :D

I merge this into dev, and it'll be in 1.2. I hope I get things done somewhere in May.
