Archotech Penis does not give Fertilin #72

I got a short report on Discord:

Hello! where can i report a bug with RJW Genes?
i confirmed that Pawns with Archotech penis can not produce Fertilie (sic) for pawns with vagina, even tho Penis pawn will lose Fertilin anyways.

Absolutely nothing comes on the Debug logs too.
@Vegapnk  sorry if i didn't properly report a bug, im not good with this stuff
