Further mobile rework

Story

As a user I want to be able to see my open positions So we need to do some rework

Inspiration for this is Kucoin's app which has a really nice scrollable approach that reduces the burden of fitting so much on screenn at once. I propose we do similar, moving the actual positions etc to the Buy / Sell screen to buy us space.

This also allows us to reduce the amount of horizonal scrolling menus which I dislike quite a bit!

Acceptance Criteria

Charts page

• [ ] The node status indicator moves to the top because currently it throws off the centralised alignment of the buttons at the bottom which is bad for my OCD
• [ ] The wallet button is removed from the top because it is not clear enough what it is
• [ ] All main CTAs therefore move to the tray at the bottom:
  • [ ] We have a Buy button which opens the deal ticket set to Buy
  • [ ] We have a Sell button which opens the deal ticket set to Sell
  • [ ] We have a Connect button, which once connected becomes Collateral and contains all the other options under the elipse currently
• [ ] All the options at the top are removed and replaced with JUST the chart options
  • [ ] Interval
  • [ ] Chart type (as words.... the icon is not recognisable enough)
  • [ ] Indicators
  • [ ] TradingView toggle
• [ ] The chart needs to be tweaked so that you cant accidently vertically scroll; vertical zoom should be automatic based on the range of candles in view and only a horizontal scroll / zoom should be supported
• [ ] Once you scroll down you should see all the other info options with toggles for order book, trades, depth, funding, and liquidity
• [ ] The funding payments should be removed from here because it is key specific and never made sense here (and should be moved on desktop too as part of this task)

Deal ticket page

• [ ] The entire current deal ticket should be shrunk down to fit on half the screen width as per sketch
• [ ] The order type select becomes a dropdown due to the reduced width
• [ ] We need a way to get back to the chart somewhere... this is currently beating me .... need to find an answer
• [ ] On the left we should show a mini order book / trades view (with the simplified 2-column view of the orderbook)
• [ ] When not connected show the same buy / sell / connect tray
• [ ] When connected show the same buy / sell / collateral tray AND show the table of positions / orders etc
  • [ ] Positions
  • [ ] Orders (now includes ALL and do not show open / closed / rejected)
  • [ ] Stop orders
  • [ ] Fills
  • [ ] Funding payments
  • [ ] Collateral

This means we need to move the other stuff aroud positions / orders etc to the Buy / Sell page. Additionally would love to get a mini order book on here so you can actually see the order book when you're choosing price etc.
