For proposals affecting markets (modify / suspend / resume) the governance website shows which market it's really going to affect regardless of the proposal title / rationale. It would be good to make this bigger that the title / rationale text as those shouldn't really be trusted.

This is already there ... so we're not doing it .... unless we more generally rethink our use of title vs logical summary.

@JonRay15 I've edited the description. But I agree, it's not a priority, though a font size change could be quick and do wonders (but I suppose there is no such thing as quick / painless change).
