Market menu dropdown resets your choice of spot market after you have chosen a market

Description

When you want to look at different markets, specifically spot for example and you choose the spot tab, click on a market, go back to the dropdown to check another market, spot markets are no longer chosen. Your choice should be stored.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to console
2. Click on markets dropdown menu and choose spot tab
3. Choose a market
4. Click on dropdown again and see that your tab choice of spots is no longer there

Expected behavior

Should remember your tab choice to make scrolling through markets easier.

I think we need a little more thought on this one.

• Do we want it to always open so you can see the currently active market?
• Do we want it to remember the selected filter instead?
• Do we want to rethink the grouping/filters overall?

@rebeccajsimmonds this might be a good one to ask users about

Always keeping it open is a good idea @mattrussell36 , on exchanges I look at a lot of markets, keep on switching, especially on new one's and getting that frictionless would be a good idea.
