Cross asset deposit using Vega spot market #6397

The Chore

Suggestion here was that if there were sufficiently liquid spot markets the network could etect if you are trying to deposit a certain asset and suggest it would be cheaper to deposit another asset and swap it on chain.

ie.

I want to deposit USDT ETH The network knows that USDT ARB deposits are much cheaper and that there is a liquid USDT ETH / USDT ARB market The network suggests to instead deposit USDT ARB and then swap to USDT ETH. The network executes that chain of activity for you.

There is not enough spot liquidity at the moment to justify looking at this
