Competition reward strategy rank does not show all

Description

In cases where the strategy rank is more thank, about 15 different (depending on phone or computer and resolution), then the card does not show all of the ranks % since you cannot scroll down and there is no link to the reward transaction. (there are examples on fairground https://vegafairground.eth.limo/#/competitions)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a competition reward with rank table of about 30 different
2. Go to console competition page and hoover over rank table
3. See that you are not able to see the complete distribution list

Expected behavior

• [ ] Move this strategy rank table into the Game Details page that Joelle is working on
• [ ] That would the be full page and scrollable etc
• [ ] Change tooltip to "Rewards paid based on defined rank table, click game card for full details"
