On the TP / SL modal bring the toast to the front #6432

We are working on a longer term consistent approach here: https://github.com/vegaprotocol/frontend-monorepo/issues/6170

But for now just bring the toast to the front so it looks less broken.

The toast is not allowing me to dismiss it so its not quite working as expected
