Emblem: switch preloading icon to transparent, rather than pure black #6517

The Chore

icons.vega.xyz has a (nearly) pure black image for missing icons. This is also used in libs/emblem as the preload icon. This can lead to a distracting flash of a black circle, particularly in Trading light mode. @mattrussell36 has requested a change over to a transparent icon instead
