The simple swap needs to handle cases where you arent connected / dont have any assets.
The approach should mirror the standard deal ticket behaviour since that behaviour is modelled to work in the siderbar and that is where the simple swap UI is going to live (and in Portoflio ... which is basically a wider version of the sidebar).
Acceptance criteria
[ ] Add blue dialog beneath the swap form to connect wallet if in unconnected state
[ ] Add orange "You need USDT in your wallet to trade in this market" ... as with #6491 this message should be enhanced to include both spot assets in the market
[ ] In both cases diable the swap button in the same way we do for the submit button on the deal ticket
