The Chore

The governance App shows assets ins a few places and these need to also include the chain name in brackets.

They also need to include icons since they dont seem to already.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Add new asset icons (including chain icon) and add chain name in brackets
- [ ] In account list in the side panel
- [ ] In the reward table
