The Chore

The Tether ETH v Tether ARB market seems to want 10x the collateral it should want.

Here i am trying to buy $5 but it wasnt $50 from me.

I was able to execute the trade anyway and only spnt $5 as you'd expect.

It is not contained to a single market either ... here it is on VEGA / USDT. Same thing ... 10x collateral.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] The required collateral for a spot trade should just be equal to the notional of the trade
