Fix explorer stylesheet #6869

          The use of dark:text-white is indicating that something is possibly wrong in the the stylesheet

6868 fixed some incorrect styles by adding tailwind styles to override text colours. This should be done by fixing the stylesheet, rather than overriding it here.

Tasks

[ ] Remove text styles added in #6868
[ ] Fix base explorer styles so that those buttons are the correct colour
