fix: rename v2 votes rpc query and update response definition

Fix the Votes reponse to only return a single connection and take the opportunity to rename the V2 rpc function according to agreed definitions found in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fwRD0RmP6ScLzM1CVj_gwe7L_j2rqFQBBUwf7Plj3tY/edit#gid=0
