What we need to achieve and who for

[ ] Cover the APIs for the wallet, especially the disconnect event and how we expect Apps to respond to it
[ ] We wont cover the other wallet docs that are discssed on that PR
[ ]

This PR is where this was started and has been long running and needs to be finished off.
