Should be able to click on the name as well as the arrow for multinetwork #719

On this screen if you click the NAME "Devnet" etc it doesnt do anything ... you have to click the little arrow thing.

Really you should be able to click anywhere on the row

The issue here is elsewhere we cannot follow that pattern because there are other clickable things too!

Also given we are going to do multiwallet soon ... it feels like this sort of UX strategy change should be part of that
