"Send it all button" when a queue builds up

What we need to achieve and who for

Acceptance criteria

If there is a queue of transactions

• [ ] User should be given a count of TX that we're goign to send and a send it all button if they want to do that
• [ ] User should have an option to review them one by one and sign individually
• [ ] Dont show the auto-approve checkbox if there is multiple transactions
• [ ] Add an information box that makes clear that this queue built up while you were in autosign mode but wasnt signed becauase you were locked ... and you are now re-entering austosign mode.

We think this is quite edge-casey and we aso think it is 2-3 days worth of work ...

We think in reality ppl will pretty much always want to individually review their TXs before they submit them ... I cant think of any scenario really where someone would want to blindly send dozens of TXs.

So we are reducing this to a 4 and punting it to the backlog until we receive feedback from actual users.
