Wherever we are referencing ethereum / etherscan we need to be pulling in Arbitrum / Arbiscan details.
Acceptance criteria
[ ] Deposit receipt where relevant should use the Arb chain
[ ] Withdrawal receipt where relevant should use the Arb chain
[ ] This will involve retrieving the chain ID based on the asset ID .... if we cannot source a chain Id just show the address and allow user to copy it into the relevant explorer manually
[ ] Network details should display a configured arbitrum explorer
