If there's something wrong with App Settings we enter (e.g. VegaHome aka Wallet directory) and we click "Update and restart", modal is closed with no info, that changes are not saved. Only after entering App settings again, we can see that data is not updated.
As a user I want to see an error / warning / notification / anything , which let me know that my data is not correct.
Acceptance criteria
[ ] When I enter a wallet directory that is not initialised with wallet directory / files I should see an error message that the directory I've entered needs X
[ ] There is an error message displayed from the backend if the wallet directory is "wrong"
