App freezes when network switched when dapp connected

When user is connected to a dapp, and decides to change a network, there is a modal that informs user about existing connection that will be lost. When confirmed or cancelled, it’s not possible to make any other action - app becomes completely inactive.

Probably the overlay is still present but invisible and should no longer be rendered ~Dex
