Latest version of DT wallet showing older version in the UI (top of the DT wallet)

Description

A user from discord has reported that when downloading the mainnet desktop wallet from the wallet website page, on opening it is telling them its version 0.12.1, however latest version should be 0.12.2.

What I also noticed the version of the wallet for MacOS (M1) does not match. On Github it is 0.12.2, but when you download it the actual version is 0.12.1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to wallet website page
2. Download the mainnet wallet
3. Unzip, etc.. and open the new version of the wallet
4. View the top of the wallet and notice the version states 0.12.1

Expected behavior

It is expected that the download of the mainnet (latest) version will have showed 0.12.2 as per:
