Would it be possible to add varbs to aura or the official repositories, this would make the installation process much easier

Adding VARBS to the AUR would not make the installation process easier. VARBS installs an aur-manager, so you would need to download the PKGBUILD-file, and run it. This is equivalent to downloading the VARBS-script and running it.
