Create some tutorial videos on creating the various assets:

Let's go through the entire production process with each video being one step of the process.

We'll post them on our YouTube channel once we create it.

This would be really useful for me as I want to start to contribute 3D art to the project but currently do not know how to. :)

Otherwise you may also open specific issues and ask away. I'll try to answer your queries.
