We need to create a README for this file.

As part of it I would describe three main things:

Ways to contribute (music, art etc including technical details such as accepted formats)
Repo map (where everything is located)
How to convert this repo into Assets-Production

17 adds the basic readme file; it covers most things but not how to convert this to the Assets Production. More information is needed for that.
