Split master parts list into several files

This is the complementing data PR for https://github.com/vegastrike/Vega-Strike-Engine-Source/pull/765. It splits the master parts into several files.

• Increment the version?
• I dimly recall needing to do something else in data each time I changes stuff...

@royfalk the "something else" you need to do in the data / assets is make sure that any new files are included in the installer build.
