Ubuntu 24.04 Noble Numbat deb build? #869

Could you make a deb package for Ubuntu 24.04? the other Ubuntu packages' dependencies can't be satisfied on noble. Thanks!

@xavier2910 thanks - we'll be sure to get it in there for our up-coming 0.9.x release. There should be a few examples in the PR history if you would like to take a try at it.
