Stock arrives automatically from distributor #4

To start with, stock will arrive at semi-fixed intervals from a distributor(s), which arrives on trucks and must be unloaded and stocked on the racking.

There are still some improvements I want to make to this for 0.1, such as adding a "delivering" state between "accepted" and "delivered", which waits until a reasonable time to begin (won't start delivering at 3am). Added in 4949c5b

Also, balancing stock quantities and how much it costs, and penalties for cancelling.
