This PR adds a /sponsors page that includes some explanation about why you should sponsor the project, and calls to action for our various OpenCollective presets.

This is brilliant! Maybe in the "extensibility" section you could add something to the effect of "you and the tool vendors you love" to demonstrate that extensibility benefits the whole ecosystem around Cucumber.
